   Thank you for your inquiry regarding BOTOX.

   The price of BOTOX is determined by the site, that is where you receive the injections – - – forehead, glabella (between the eyes), smile lines, “bunny” lines, chin, etc.

   Prices range from $100 to $550, with discounts for multiple sites.

   As seen on our website, there is a $50 rebate offer, which expires on the last day of this year.

   There is a BOTOX consult fee, which may be waived if treatment is received the same day.
