ADVANCED SKIN CARE & LASER CENTER has proudly won the title of Best Cosmetic Enhancement Facility EIGHT CONSECUTIVE YEARS – in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, selected through a Reader’s Poll. The Award is sponsored by Berks County Living magazine. Dr. Comite says it is her goal that every facet of a patient’s experience, from the time they first pick up the phone, to their check our at the end of the visit, not only meets, but surpasses their expectations.
Put Your Best Face Forward
Dr. Harriet Comite and ADVANCED SKIN CARE & LASER Center was again featured in Berks County Living magazine (February 2007) in an article entitled “Put Your Best Face Forward.” This article focused on Dr. Comite’s unique and comprehensive approach to the treatment of acne in patients of all ages, combining the most modern medical technology, such as LASERS, BLU-U® and peels, with traditional medical treatments.
Free Skin Cancer Screenings
Dr. Harriet Comite has been recognized by the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) for her participation in their annual free Skin Cancer Screenings, and the AAD’s establishment of a Guinness World Book© record in 2006 for the most free skin cancer screening in a single day.
Dr. Comite was again recognized by the AAD for her participation in the free-skin-cancer-screenings 2007 Sun Block Party Free Skin Cancer Screening Event.
Dr. Comite, a great believer in PREVENTION & EARLY TREATMENT, has participated in numerous Free Skin Cancer Screening Programs, including those underwritten by Neutrogena, Oley, Rite-Aid Pharmacy and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
